No.10 Downing Street – Sunak & Kagameamid’s Meeting

One of the biggest highlights of this year was the incredible opportunity to document a high-profile political event—the meeting between former Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and President Paul Kagame of Rwanda at 10 Downing Street. As a professional photographer in London, it was an absolute thrill to be on-site, capturing such a significant and historic moment.
The whole process was fast-paced—from President Kagame’s arrival and his warm greeting with Sunak at the entrance, to their important discussions inside. Every detail was a key part of the story, and I was there to capture it all through my lens. As an event photographer, I’m used to working quickly. Immediately after the session, I edited and delivered the event video to the press—ensuring this historic moment was shared across media platforms in real time.
This assignment reminded me just how vital event photography and videography are for capturing and sharing the behind-the-scenes moments of political and public life. From press photography to candid interactions, these visuals help tell the story. It was an unforgettable experience—and one that deepened my appreciation for the responsibility and impact of professional event coverage for the important moments.
The Royal Society – Parliament Pairing Scheme and Receptions
I had the incredible opportunity to provide professional event photography at Parliament for The Royal Society, as part of their Parliament Pairing Scheme. This unique initiative pairs Members of Parliament (MPs) with scientists to foster collaboration and enhance science-policy dialogue.
As an experienced event photographer, I captured key moments throughout the event, from the setup and speeches to the engaging interactions between MPs and scientists. It was a fulfilling experience to use my photography to highlight the connection between policy-making and scientific research, showcasing how informed decisions can be strengthened by expert knowledge.
Later in the year, The Royal Society hosted another private reception for further discussions between policymakers and scientists. I had the privilege of capturing the intimate nature of these exchanges, emphasising the importance of continued collaboration between the scientific community and policymakers. This event reinforced the value of high-quality event photography in preserving key moments that highlight the significance of informed policymaking.
Allbright – Step Forward Summit
There’s no better way to celebrate International Women’s Day than with AllBright – the largest female business members’ club in the UK! The name "AllBright" is inspired by former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and her quote: “There’s a special place in hell for women who don’t help each other.” It’s a nod to the power of female collaboration and reflects the club’s mission to build a strong, uplifting community where women support and empower one another.
The Step Forward Summit is their annual event that brings together influential women from all industries to discuss and promote gender equality. This year, it was held at the beautiful The Old Session House in Clerkenwell, London.
With over 200 attendees, the event featured a mix of inspiring talks, insightful roundtables, networking opportunities, and interactive brand experiences such as a psychic reading with Pandora and a wellness workshop hosted by Rituals - moments that I captured through my lens to showcase the energy of the day. After each session, I edited these photos quickly to get them ready for AllBright’s social content, so everyone could share the experience in real time.
The event ended with two powerful conversations: Ella Mills, founder of Deliciously Ella, sharing her career journey at the Show Room, and Katherine Ryan, the Canadian queen of comedy, bringing her wit and wisdom to The Grate Room.
As an event photographer, I ensured every important candid moment was captured, showcasing AllBright’s empowering summit atmosphere and highlighting the incredible female leadership and business networking throughout. It was a celebration of growth, connection, and empowerment, and I’m proud to have documented it all!
Bridging & Commercial Awards 2024
This year’s B&C Awards, organised by Medianett Publishing, truly brought the theme of Alice in Wonderland to life in the most imaginative way. Walking into The Hurlingham Club felt like stepping into Wonderland —every corner of the venue was transformed into a whimsical dream.
Guests were greeted by Alice in Wonderland characters, engaging with the crowd and creating a fun, interactive atmosphere. As an event photographer, I had endless opportunities to capture candid, energetic shots of guests interacting with the characters, adding an extra layer of magic to the photos. The costumes were stunning, enhancing the fantasy element of the event.
The venue was a visual feast. There was a themed photobooth where guests could snap quirky photos with fun props. Capturing the Mad Hatter at the bar was a highlight—guests could order their drinks by ringing a bell! A quirky touch added an authentic feel to the Alice in Wonderland world. I had a blast capturing all the small details, from the creative decorations such as giant chess set that served as both a striking decor piece and an interactive game for guests, to the shisha lounge area where people gathered to relax and mingled.
Of course, no event would be complete without the actual awards ceremony. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as the awards were presented, and it was an honour to photograph the winners' reactions, the applause, and the moments of celebration.
As a professional event photographer, my goal was to capture the energy of the event, the whimsical theme, and the genuine moments that made the night memorable. From the interactions between guests to the carefully crafted decor, the B&C Awards was a true visual spectacle—a lively, enchanting day where every shot told a unique story.
Semi Impact Forum 2024
Photographing the Semi Impact Forum 2024 in London was an incredible experience! As a professional event photographer, I had the opportunity to capture key moments from this impactful event, showcasing the semiconductor industry and its role in advancing technologies like AI, autonomous vehicles, and more.
Held at the prestigious Royal Society, the venue was a stunning backdrop for the event. My focus as a conference photographer was to document the key moments—starting from the opening keynote address by Professor Konrad Young, former TSMC R&D director. I captured the energy and engagement of the audience as he discussed global trends in semiconductors.
Throughout the day, I photographed panel discussions, highlighting dynamic exchanges between experts, and captured the networking moments at the drink reception. As a corporate photographer, my aim was to capture not just the speakers and panel sessions, but also the quieter, behind-the-scenes moment—attendee interactions, the buzz of conversation, and thoughtful expressions.
It was a day filled with collaboration, insight, and connections, and I’m excited to have captured it all through my lens.
Taiwan National Day Reception
It’s been an absolute honour to photograph the celebration of my country’s national day in London since 2015. As a professional photographer, capturing such a meaningful event year after year has been a privilege, especially surrounded by distinguished guests, including MPs, ambassadors, and representatives from various embassies.
The evening at The National Liberal Club was filled with joy, laughter, and a true sense of unity and peace. I made sure to capture every aspect of the celebration, from the grand moments of formal speeches by the dignitaries, to the quieter, intimate exchanges that made the night special.
One of the highlights was the great selection of food and drinks available. Guests had the chance to try authentic Taiwanese food, and the award-winning Taiwanese whiskey, Kavalan, which added a unique touch to the evening. They were not only a treat for the guests’ taste buds but also a fantastic photo opportunity, capturing the vibrant energy and cultural exchange.
As an event photographer at diplomatic events, I also focused on capturing the elegant decor, the rich cultural elements, and the professional networking throughout the evening. It was a celebration that beautifully reflected the strong ties between Taiwan and the UK, showcasing the spirit of friendship and cooperation.
Being able to preserve these memories through my lens for the past decade has been incredibly rewarding. I’m excited to continue documenting this important occasion, highlighting the beauty of international diplomacy, cultural exchange, and the warm connections that come together at such a special event.
The Good Marketer – New Studio Space & Corporate headshots
It’s been a real pleasure working with the marketing agency, The Good Marketer, over the years, providing a wide range of professional photography services that brings their brand and service to life. From corporate headshots and team portraits to capturing their vibrant office environment and newly launched creative studio, it's been exciting to visually document their growth and evolving vision.
Their new London studio, designed to produce high-quality marketing content, provided an ideal backdrop for a variety of shoots. Working closely with their team, I aimed to capture not only the professionalism and creativity that define their work culture, but also the sleek, modern aesthetic of their new space.
Throughout our collaboration, my focus has been on delivering high-resolution, results-driven imagery that reflect the spirit of The Good Marketer. It's always inspiring to collaborate with such a forward-thinking team, and I look forward to continuing our creative journey.
Business Video & Portraits for Dr. Al, Award-winning Plastic Surgeon

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Ali, an award-winning plastic surgeon, to create engaging visual content for her website and social media. The goal was to show her expertise in cosmetic surgery while also highlighting her friendly, approachable personality.
We started the shoot at King Edward VII Hospital in Marylebone. The hospital setting was perfect for capturing Dr. Ali’s expertise in a clinical environment, while also showing her compassionate, patient-focused approach, reinforcing her as a trusted and skilled breast reconstruction surgeon.

We also filmed a medical video where Dr. Ali discussed her innovative approach to breast reconstruction surgery, focusing on the benefits of fat grafting for patients seeking breast cancer reconstruction or cosmetic breast surgery.
After the hospital shoot, we moved to Holland Park in Kensington for a more relaxed, lifestyle photography session. The outdoor setting allowed us to capture a softer, more personal side of Dr. Ali, showing her not only as a skilled surgeon but also as a compassionate and approachable person. We ended the day with some lovely shots of Dr. Ali with her daughter—because who doesn’t enjoy adding a little family warmth and fun into a business photo shoot?
Portraits for Chris, Silver Swan Dancer
I had the joy of capturing photos of Chris, a vibrant Silver Swan dancer from the Royal Academy of Dance. For those who aren’t familiar, Silver Swan is a dance programme designed specifically for older adults, promoting health, fitness, and joy through ballet. Chris didn’t start dancing until after his retirement – and let me tell you, he’s brilliant! Full of energy, passion (and humour!), his movements defy any limits often associated with age.
Noticing a gap in dance photography – with few portraits of elderly dancers – Chris commissioned me to capture his beautiful dancing moments in Hyde Park on a sunny summer’s day. As a Silver Swan dancer, he specially requested a shot of him wearing the Silver Swan logo t-shirt and dancing with a swan, adding a unique touch to the shoot.
As a portrait photographer, it was inspiring to work with Chris, as he demonstrated that age is no barrier to passion and energy. His performance was not just about the dance; it was about breaking stereotypes and celebrating the power of movement at any age. The shoot was filled with laughter, spontaneity, and a lot of fun – making it a truly memorable experience!
Capturing portraits like Chris’ is a passion of mine, as it highlights the incredible beauty and diversity of age-inclusive photography. It’s not just about taking pictures – it’s about telling stories and celebrating the remarkable things people continue to achieve later in life.😊✨
